3 Months --- Three is not a charm!

Hello out there! I turned 3 months yesterday, and let me tell you, it has NOT been a pleasant experience. I thought it would be wonderful after starting the week with play dates with cuties Elianna and Mira!

Yesterday Mom and I went to our Baby Steps class. They told Mom it was time to start weaning me out of the swing. The horror! I gave out some protest cries when I heard that. Then when we got home I had to say goodbye to Grandma and Grandpa Stafford.  They are leaving for something called Arizona. Who is going to spoil me now?

After that I just wanted to settle in to a nice nap (in my swing of course!), but Mom and Dad insisted I pose for some 3 month mug shots. They said they'd help me upload those later. Then my doggies got a bit crazy because they had been stuck inside without a walk. You've heard of monkeys jumping on the bed, but wait until you see doggies jumping on the bed! After all that action, I had to wrap up the day with some significant fussing.

If that wasn't bad enough, I had to go to the doctor this morning for some pokes! That lady is totally rude! First she makes me get out of my cozy jammies and then it's one cold instrument after another!

I'm 13 lb 6 oz and kicking!

Hey, get me outta here! I tried to wiggle off the exam table!

For my final note, I would like to say something about swaddling. They don't call me Wiggles for nothing. I'm pretty good at jailbreaking swaddles now.

That's all for now. I hope my 4 month birthday is better!

Dog Breath

I really like Nerf. I got to pick out one at Target this weekend for a belated birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy.

I typically cry at hair cuts or demand to wear googles, but tonight I was ok. I didn't cry.

Mommy and I got my pumpkin book project done tonight. I had to make a pumpkin look like a character in a book. We rocked the glue gun. We made the dog's bad breath out of stuffing Betty had pulled out of her dog bed. Creative!

Feeling Corny

On Saturday, Mommy and Trent took a Day of the Dead art class. They learned about the holiday and got to decorate their own skulls.

On Sunday we went to our first dog birthday. Bella across the street turned 4, so she had a park doggie playdate. Lucky her- we haven't done anything for Betty turning one yet.

We also went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.

Bog Breath

Last week my pumpkin project book was due. I had to do a book report and make a pumpkin look like a character from the book. I chose "Dog Breath." It is about a dog with really stinky breath. They almost got rid of the dog, but she became a hero. She saved her family from some bad guys.

We had an open house on Friday so parents could come see our projects.
