Ball Crawl

Hi there - I'm sorry it has been so long. The family and I have been busy. In late November Mom got sick with a cold, we celebrated Thanksgiving, and Grandma and Grandpa Stafford arrived. This month we saw our first snowfall of the season and Mom and Dad helped out with the Cary Jaycees Cary Christmas Parade. I was going to go, but it rained so I stayed home. Next year though!

On Friday Mom and I went to the science museum in Durham. I had a lot of fun pointing at the birds in the butterfly house (the butterflies themselves didn't really do it for me) and going down the slide in the toddler play area (backwards and frontwards --- all by myself!). While Mom was working the parade on Saturday I played with Grandma while Dad and Grandpa put up some Christmas lights. It's about time. A lot of our neighbors have their lights up already. Somebody even has a funky leg lamp in their window.

Mom and Dad hooked me up with a bag of balls from Target. Did you know Pack N Plays also make great ball pits? I'm having lots of fun ball crawling!

Too many balls to count!

  1. Hello. I was looking for baby photos as I am starting a new blog for baby names and I saw two photos that were beyond adorable and I was wondering if I could possibly use one. Please email me at jordaschekingston@gmail.com and I will show you which photos I'm talking about. On another note, I love your blog, its a great memory holder for your baby and he is super cute.

Feeling Corny

On Saturday, Mommy and Trent took a Day of the Dead art class. They learned about the holiday and got to decorate their own skulls.

On Sunday we went to our first dog birthday. Bella across the street turned 4, so she had a park doggie playdate. Lucky her- we haven't done anything for Betty turning one yet.

We also went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.

Dog Breath

I really like Nerf. I got to pick out one at Target this weekend for a belated birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy.

I typically cry at hair cuts or demand to wear googles, but tonight I was ok. I didn't cry.

Mommy and I got my pumpkin book project done tonight. I had to make a pumpkin look like a character in a book. We rocked the glue gun. We made the dog's bad breath out of stuffing Betty had pulled out of her dog bed. Creative!

Halloween 2017

This week Alden turned seven. We went to dinner with Grandma and Grandpa for an Outback dinner. This was the birthday of Nerf.

We had a great, active Halloween weekend.
