Sliding out of February

Mom and Dad have been helping me on the slide when we visit parks. This weekend they let me slide down by myself (with careful watching for safety). It's so fun. Check out my video below. I can climb the ladder too.

Tonight I impressed the 'rents by selecting the correct key for the car on the keychain and putting it in the ignition. Sure it was hanging out a bit, but that was a lot of work for me!

I continue to make choices for myself. Most days I refuse to get in the highchair. I hate being trapped. I have a booster seat option at home. On Saturday we went to Baba Ganoush for lunch. I refused the highchair and I sat right on the regular chair. So what if I couldn't see well! I was sitting like everyone else!

Feeling Corny

On Saturday, Mommy and Trent took a Day of the Dead art class. They learned about the holiday and got to decorate their own skulls.

On Sunday we went to our first dog birthday. Bella across the street turned 4, so she had a park doggie playdate. Lucky her- we haven't done anything for Betty turning one yet.

We also went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.

Dog Breath

I really like Nerf. I got to pick out one at Target this weekend for a belated birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy.

I typically cry at hair cuts or demand to wear googles, but tonight I was ok. I didn't cry.

Mommy and I got my pumpkin book project done tonight. I had to make a pumpkin look like a character in a book. We rocked the glue gun. We made the dog's bad breath out of stuffing Betty had pulled out of her dog bed. Creative!

Halloween 2017

This week Alden turned seven. We went to dinner with Grandma and Grandpa for an Outback dinner. This was the birthday of Nerf.

We had a great, active Halloween weekend.
