Grab and Go

More fun to report on. Last Monday we met our friends Evan, Nathan, Connor, and Audrey for library story time. After the story, the big kids ran around and splashed outside. Of course, my big brother was the one pulling up his shorts. He doesn't like to get wet.

I love, love, love, walking around fast, grabbing stuff, and then running around with it. There's so much to explore. Last Friday Alden had an art class. He made a clay monster face. I enjoyed grabbing the paint brushes, running out of the room, and opening the cupboard doors. Oh, and who can forget me grabbing at the paint bottles? Good times.

Yesterday we went to Marbles. I really enjoyed playing with the basketballs. I throw them and then run around. Mom thinks I'm going to be a team sports guy. Alden isn't interested in ball games.

Alden says he is going to be a firefighter when he grows up.

Bog Breath

Last week my pumpkin project book was due. I had to do a book report and make a pumpkin look like a character from the book. I chose "Dog Breath." It is about a dog with really stinky breath. They almost got rid of the dog, but she became a hero. She saved her family from some bad guys.

We had an open house on Friday so parents could come see our projects.

Dog Breath

I really like Nerf. I got to pick out one at Target this weekend for a belated birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy.

I typically cry at hair cuts or demand to wear googles, but tonight I was ok. I didn't cry.

Mommy and I got my pumpkin book project done tonight. I had to make a pumpkin look like a character in a book. We rocked the glue gun. We made the dog's bad breath out of stuffing Betty had pulled out of her dog bed. Creative!

Feeling Corny

On Saturday, Mommy and Trent took a Day of the Dead art class. They learned about the holiday and got to decorate their own skulls.

On Sunday we went to our first dog birthday. Bella across the street turned 4, so she had a park doggie playdate. Lucky her- we haven't done anything for Betty turning one yet.

We also went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.
