Like the Big Kids

There's so much Christmas stuff going on here. Daddy has been so busy with Grandpa working on our Christmas lights. They went live on Sunday. Also on Saturday was the Christmas Parade. Mommy helped do set up and Daddy was the announcer. Alden and I stayed home with Grandpa and Grandma.

After the parade we went over to Miss Joni and Mr. Dave's  house to have a pizza party. I sat at the kids table like a big boy. No need for a highchair for me! I enjoyed playing in Paige's play kitchen. Alden enjoyed climbing into Brendan's top bunk - especially since Miss Joni told them not to play up there.

Eating pizza like the big kids.

Hanging out in the forbidden top bunk.

Making a mess at Outback.

Bog Breath

Last week my pumpkin project book was due. I had to do a book report and make a pumpkin look like a character from the book. I chose "Dog Breath." It is about a dog with really stinky breath. They almost got rid of the dog, but she became a hero. She saved her family from some bad guys.

We had an open house on Friday so parents could come see our projects.

Dog Breath

I really like Nerf. I got to pick out one at Target this weekend for a belated birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy.

I typically cry at hair cuts or demand to wear googles, but tonight I was ok. I didn't cry.

Mommy and I got my pumpkin book project done tonight. I had to make a pumpkin look like a character in a book. We rocked the glue gun. We made the dog's bad breath out of stuffing Betty had pulled out of her dog bed. Creative!

Feeling Corny

On Saturday, Mommy and Trent took a Day of the Dead art class. They learned about the holiday and got to decorate their own skulls.

On Sunday we went to our first dog birthday. Bella across the street turned 4, so she had a park doggie playdate. Lucky her- we haven't done anything for Betty turning one yet.

We also went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.
