Lollipop Binge

I like to copy grown up things. Mommy got a decaf peppermint mocha thingie from Starbucks and both Alden and I enjoyed taking it from her and drinking it.

Saturday was the Cary Jaycees Christmas Parade. Alden and I have always stayed home with Grandma and Grandpa during it, but this year we were big enough to go. We watched the parade from the line-up area. Mommy helped carry the opening banner and Alden went with them! Our whole family rode the Jaycees float. We got as much candy at the parade as we did for Christmas. I was doing back-to-back lollipops! Binge!

I really like when Grandpa reads to me. I request it!

Trent likes it too.

Bog Breath

Last week my pumpkin project book was due. I had to do a book report and make a pumpkin look like a character from the book. I chose "Dog Breath." It is about a dog with really stinky breath. They almost got rid of the dog, but she became a hero. She saved her family from some bad guys.

We had an open house on Friday so parents could come see our projects.

Dog Breath

I really like Nerf. I got to pick out one at Target this weekend for a belated birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy.

I typically cry at hair cuts or demand to wear googles, but tonight I was ok. I didn't cry.

Mommy and I got my pumpkin book project done tonight. I had to make a pumpkin look like a character in a book. We rocked the glue gun. We made the dog's bad breath out of stuffing Betty had pulled out of her dog bed. Creative!

Feeling Corny

On Saturday, Mommy and Trent took a Day of the Dead art class. They learned about the holiday and got to decorate their own skulls.

On Sunday we went to our first dog birthday. Bella across the street turned 4, so she had a park doggie playdate. Lucky her- we haven't done anything for Betty turning one yet.

We also went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.
