27-Oct-2009 7:31am. 9lbs.0oz. 19 3/4 inches long Alden Thomas Stafford and his incredibly proud Mom & Dad are all doing perfect !

Trent, Alden, and Mom spent the weekend in Michigan doing spooky things. We flew into Detroit and then headed to the Henry Ford Museum for their Halloween event. On Sunday morning we went to a spooky antique store that had secret society prop coffins. We headed over to Johnson's Pumpkin Farm for donuts and then up to Grandpa's woods. The rest of the time was spent at Tee Lake Resort's Halloween celebration. Halloween tree at Henry Ford. Johnson's Pumpkin Farm. Letting Alden drive up the driveway. Introduction to sugar beets. Practice time. Tee Lake Resort. Witch cabin at Tee Lake. Making a wish in Lewiston, MI

Family Dentist

Last week we went to the family dentist (same place Mom and Dad go) for the first time. We had been going to a kid dentist, but Mom complained about being "out-of-network" so she switched us. We did awesome. The family dentist does have a TV to watch during cleanings and a prize box. Mom is so happy she doesn't need to process the insurance manually. We've been learning about nursery rhymes at school. Some of the moms came in on Friday and helped us do nursery rhymes crafts. Mom ran the "Jack B. Nimble" craft. We spent time this weekend helping Mom put up Halloween decorations. Friday night we had pizza and watched an Elvira movie. Nursery rhymes day. What a creation. /Trent
