Happy 2016

Sorry, we've been so busy with Christmas and being on break from school we forgot to post on our blog! We'll have to catch you up on Christmas later.

We had a fun New Year's Eve. On the 30th we headed over to Great Wolf Lodge. We wore ourselves out in the pool that evening. The next day, New Year's Eve, we drove home and went to a party with the Dinner Club kids. We made a mess, decorated cookies, ate pizza, and had fireworks!

On New Year's Day we went to see Star Wars. I really like popcorn at movies. Mommy covered my eyes for part of it. My favorite is Darth Vader. I like the bad guys best.

Decorating cookies.

The Dinner Club kids (most of them).

Dog Breath

I really like Nerf. I got to pick out one at Target this weekend for a belated birthday gift from Mommy and Daddy.

I typically cry at hair cuts or demand to wear googles, but tonight I was ok. I didn't cry.

Mommy and I got my pumpkin book project done tonight. I had to make a pumpkin look like a character in a book. We rocked the glue gun. We made the dog's bad breath out of stuffing Betty had pulled out of her dog bed. Creative!

Feeling Corny

On Saturday, Mommy and Trent took a Day of the Dead art class. They learned about the holiday and got to decorate their own skulls.

On Sunday we went to our first dog birthday. Bella across the street turned 4, so she had a park doggie playdate. Lucky her- we haven't done anything for Betty turning one yet.

We also went to our first pumpkin patch of the season.

Bog Breath

Last week my pumpkin project book was due. I had to do a book report and make a pumpkin look like a character from the book. I chose "Dog Breath." It is about a dog with really stinky breath. They almost got rid of the dog, but she became a hero. She saved her family from some bad guys.

We had an open house on Friday so parents could come see our projects.
