Alden is doing flag football for the first time. His team is the Kansas City Chiefs. He likes it - he does like the games better than the practices. There is one game and one practice a week.
My class did a blow-out Mother's Day tea. I made Mom two necklaces, a poster, and two "About Mom" pages. We sang a song about "Mommy was her name-o." Alden made Mom a necklace too - AND breakfast in bed on Sunday. Mommy was very happy.
Mom and I took Alex and Betty for a walk in the woods. It is already very hot here. Alex LOVES playing in the stream.
