Last week we did science camp. In the morning we learned about medical stuff - both for humans and animals. We made slime that looked like blood and put in puff balls to represent white blood cells. We put in red glitter for red blood cells. We examined animals like a lizard like real vets.
In the afternoon we talked about survival skills. We learned how to use a compass. We made a shelter out of twigs and leaves. We learned how to filter water. We talked about poison plants.
The week ended with the ever popular mass meeting of Mentos and Coke!
