Today we started "mom camp." We give it a thumbs down. Mom drove us 30 minutes (with the dogs) to a park. She made us hike in 90 degree weather with the promise of finding a swimming hole. That was a bust. We walked and walked but couldn't find the swimming hole of the river. We played a bit in a small creek. We complained a lot.
