Passport to PlayNation

Sometimes we go to a wonderful place called PlayNation. You don't really need a passport to go there, just $5. They have playground equipment, playhouses, a bounce house, and a huge inflatable slide. It is fun and a workout in one. Mom has enjoyed watching me go from riding the inflatable slide with someone to doing it all by myself now!

On Friday I met up with my friend Connor there. After working up a sweat, we ended our visit at the snack bar - delicious!

Grandparents Rule !

Hey y'all -  It seems time is flying by and my Grandma and Grandpa Stafford from Michigan are ready to change the scenery out their motorhome window.  It's been pretty great having them down for Christmas because Grandpa helps Dad play with some really big, loud scary looking tools that make big messes and Grandma likes to shout about some poor pigs that have issues due to a mischievous wolf with an extraordinary tendency to exhale forcefully in the direction of their new-house construction.
Before they leave, we got to take a trip to the museum and ride the train together, look at real live farm animals and have a great time. - Safe Travels Grandma & Grandpa !!!
Nothing gets the day started like a Wooo-Wooo Train ride!

Thankfully the birds didn't poop on us.

A Handy Guy to Have Around

I'm quite the helper around the house. You've already seen on my blog what a great sweeper I am and how I'm handy with tools...oh, and that I help feed the dogs!

Well, I can make my own toast and waffles now. Just get me a step-stool and breakfast is served. Mom and Dad do have to watch to make sure I don't turn the time dial up too high.

I also enjoy helping Mom put the dirty laundry in the washer. I can dump in the soap and help move clothes and towels to the dryer. I get mad if Mom tries to do the buttons without me.

I make my own brown milk now. Mom or Dad pours the milk. I put in the powder, stir, and then I put the spoon in the dishwasher.

I love to say "Alden do!"

I like to point at Mom's belly and say "Nub in there." I wonder when Nub will come out.

Turn it Off

Just because I'm young doesn't mean I should be stuck listening to silly music and songs that don't appeal to me. When someone is singing something I don't want to hear, I use their nose to turn it off! Mom and Dad have no idea where or how I came up with this one.

Eating my way into 2012

So I usually don't stay up past midnight, but this whole New Years thing has let me experience some new places and ways to go out to eat. I got to eat Chocolate ice cream at Ben and Jerry's while Mom & Dad snickered over some old TV skit about Pete Schweddy's Balls. - I don't get it? - What's so funny?  Then we got to go to Outback with Grandma & Grandpa Stafford and tonight I was excited to go to Jason's Deli, but fell asleep on the way there...
